Are the Vaccines affecting our spirituality? Orthodox Church Father Savvas.

Too many (at least nominally) Orthodox bishops were all too ready to shut down for as long as the politicians told them. Did Nero or Diocletian simply have to say "pandemic" and all the Christians would have been obligated to end Christianity?

    Atheist/agnostic return to the Church?

Out of curiosity, what was your goal with going through those motions? Also, what exactly led you to think there was something on the other end of all that struggle?

    Atheist/agnostic return to the Church?

If prayer works for you, what was that like? When I've tried to pray, it was words into the air.

    Atheist/agnostic return to the Church?

It has become increasingly clear to me that the Calvinists may be right after all, and I'm part of God's "blooper reel"

Theory on the "Mark of the Beast"

Could it start by erasing our individuality and humanity? Faces are the most recognizably human part of us. Could the renewed push toward face coverings be partly to condition us to think of our humanity as shameful, by hiding our faces? By hiding our faces needlessly, we hinder our ability to...

What to do with Romans 13?

Does that make it wrong to resist injustice, so long as it's done by a politician?

What to do with Romans 13?

Mostly the part about being subject to "the ruling authorities" I've always heard this to mean to obey the laws of the land. The sticking point is what happens when the king or emperor or president whatever gives orders that are immoral or just plain idiotic? 1. If it's wrong to disobey the...

    AntiVirus Software

The best way to prevent viruses is to use Ubuntu. Now, a less drastic option that I use on Windows machines is ESET. Reasonably priced, updates regularly, works well.

    I stand corrected.

    Corona Virus Vaccine Poll

@J Michael - that would be a no. There are no FDA/EMA approved mRNA or adenovirus vaccines (Emergency use authorization is not an approval). Closest available to these are a few DNA vaccines for veterinary use (West Nile in horses, canine melanoma in dogs, avian influenza in chickens)
