How are they related to Eastern and Oriental Orthodox Churches?

They're not. The BOC was part of the Coptic Orthodox Church, but now it's not.

How are they viewed? Do they have legitimate apostolic succession and valid sacraments?

Here and now (well...sometimes...)
According to their website https://britishorthodox.org/aboutus/ , the BOC is part of the Coptic Orthodox Patriarchate of Alexandria, into which they were received in 1994. Doing a very quick search I wasn't able to find evidence that they have separated from them.

This would, technically, make them Oriental Orthodox, with valid apostolic succession and sacraments---I think--depending on who you listen to.

According to same website, they have a grand total of 8 churches and missions, all in England.

First paragraph from the link:
The British Orthodox Church is a small autonomous Orthodox jurisdiction, originally deriving from the Syrian Orthodox Church. It was canonically part of the Coptic Orthodox Patriarchate of Alexandria from 1994-2015, before amicably returning to its original status in order to fulfil its mission more effectively.

Define "legitimate" and "valid". I would say they are all vagante at best.
