I just read this excellent article on the origins of the BCP evensong service: http://anglicanhistory.org/liturgy/clarke_evensong.html

I'm curious about Orthodox use of the service. Does anyone know of an online source with the Orthodox version of Evensong? Or has it actually been edited at all from the Anglican version?

I think the Lancelot Andrewes Press BCP has an altered evensong.
