My mom was admitted to the hospital yesterday evening.  She has another kidney stone and these have been really quite painful for her in the past, but this one seems like the worst of all.  Prayers requested for her.  Her name is Elfriede.

I myself passed stones a couple of times, once two conjoined ones.  I friend who's born six children and kidney stones assured me that giving birth is less painful.

Though all stones come to pass, it's not totally devoid of risks.
