You can get this incunable--the word used for books published before 1501--of St. Ephrem the Syrian's works from 1475.

Oh yeah, and you'd have to be proficient in ecclesiastical Latin, too, as that's the language it's printed in. You could also get this rebound incunable of St. Jerome's Vitus Patrum (also in Latin) as well for an extra $3500:
