What happened to the parish?

Their homepage is down and their name is no longer on the rocor-wr website.

The parish recor is/was Fr. Victor Novak..his blog is still active.

Judging by the blog, it seems like Fr. Victor has gone all 'BIBLE PROPHECY-Russia bad-Mog and Magog-muh Israel'-tier Protestantism, while still claiming to be WRO. He has no bishop as far as I can tell, so is basically congregational at the minute, but I wouldn't be surprised if he can find some vagante out there to give him 'Apostolic succession.'

Some selections from the parish Facebook page:

Israeli channel 13 TV "quoted a White House source describing the current plan as 'the most pro-Israel plan ever produced or presented.'” Bible prophecy continues to unfold before our eyes. To God be the glory! Pray for the peace of Jerusalem.
Earlier this week the House of Lords followed the House of Commons in passing the Brexit Bill. Today, Her Majesty the Queen gave her Royal Assent to the bill giving it the force of law. The United Kingdom will be free of the E.U. on January 31st of this year. This is yet another fulfillment of End Time Bible prophecy. To God be the glory! Maranatha!
There is a new ROCOR mission in Omaha, made up of the clergy and laity from Holy Cross that didn't want to go independent.

Whatever happened to the Western-Rite Church in Edmonton, Alberta under the OCA with Fr. Michael Schaplowsky

http://www.icxc.ca/about.html
I am not sure if he is the former Ukrainian-Catholic Deacon Michael Schaplowsky

I doubt they are attracting people.  All they have is an Evensong service.
If you look in the Edmonton phone book there are lots of  listings under the surname  Schaplowsky.  Ukrainians have been in Alberta since 1891.  That family is part of the pioneer emigration and from the province of Galicia which was historically Ukrainian Catholic.  The orthodox came from Bukovyna & Volynia.

Fr Victor Novak once put together a manifesto of sorts for growing a Western Rite Orthodox parish, which was in many ways Americo-centric but in other ways very useful.

I believe it used to be on his blog and it was featured once on Western Rite radio but I'm struggling to find it. Does anybody know where I might find it online?
