It is said that St. John the Baptist of God subsisted on a diet of honey and locusts, which to me suggests fine dining but within at least the Eastern Orthodox church is seen as a typographical error by the editor, as apparently some type of been is indicated. I just don't know if they would have included the bit about his diet if he were really subsisting on beans and honey. Why include the variety of bean?
