Luther wasn't Orthodox, but that is a really good movie.

Really all the suggestions above are horrible, every film or "documentary" worse than the next.

Regarding Fr. Lazarus, it would seem the 3+ hour film focusing on him would be perfect. It is a very eloquent exposition of the Orthodox faith within the life a single and remarkable person.

It's on youtube. I am not sure if there are recordings of it that can be purchased.

It needs to be a really good quality English film. Ordinary British people won't watch an Arabic film I think.

Yeah, I guess if you were to take Orthodox praxis and asceticism, mix in some Star Wars, and shake the two together you would come out with OC.net.
