Pffh. You were obviously not a Protestant in the 90s. Try here, especially the chorus.
Word! I still love their cover of "My Deliverer", if you can get past the video that it's set to.

Remember Newsboys?
Should I yet again be eternally grateful that I can't view youtube crap stuff on this computer?
No way! Find a computer that you can play these on! Here's another one  ;D
I'd have to go home.  I think I have better things to do at home.  Or...so my wife informs me. ;D ;D

Asteriktos, I think we need a "Were you a Protestant in the 90's?" thread unto itself. These old songs are bringin' me back.

Well, since I wasn't a Protestant in the 90's (of any century), or a Protestant ever....I can happily skip all this. ;D ;D ;D

Maybe you had to be there.  ;)

I know it probably sounds goofy if you weren't a Protestant in the 90's (Pit9's?), but I hear these songs and it makes me smile and reminds me of good times and happy memories.

I will skip as well- skip while holding a bundle of violets, comporting myself in a lovely grey dress, and singing "Tiptoe through the Tulips" in the proper key.

Imagine a joyful, brown-haired, short male in his early 20's in the situation I described.

Play this and this simultaneously.  That's how I feel in response to the above.
That sounds much better.  Hopefully, it will purge my ears from the crap that I thought I got rid of so many years ago.

Just ask Fr George to change your username to Glossy or Lustrous and tell her your account got hacked when you were on hiatus.  If she really cares about you, she'll believe you.

I need to find another girl like the last one I dated. Just someone I have something in common with this time. And similar personalities would be good. And the same outlook//approach to life would be a nice bonus. But other than that, exactly the same.

I dunno. I have a lot of white knight in me so I have a hard time saying bad stuff about women (with a few exceptions). I mean real bad, not the stuff I write on here as a joke.

If you, ZZ, were actually a man, would your female counterpart "ZZ" call it "lying"?  :)

I like to think that she's a reasonable sort of person and would see the humor in "massaging the truth". she's looking over my shoulder right now.

I know the whole Texas fake smile, but thus far working with women in Texas has been nothing but a delight.

Maybe I shouldn't have been so hasty dismissing except my first gf did go to college in Texas.
