Kosovska Mitrovica "The foundantion of our salvation is repentance"
I just returned from the Holy Land.... and saw all but one of these sites.rakovsky said:How about a set of places from famous events in the Gospels?
Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem
Jesus' baptismal site in the Jordan (a few different theorized locations)
Peter's House in Capernaum
Mount Tabor, traditional site of the Transfiguration
A theorized site of the Transfiguration
Pool of Siloam
The Temple (had events like Jesus walking there at the Feast of Hanukkah and chasing out the moneylenders)
Pool of Bethesda
Path of the Via Dolorosa
Church of the Holy Sepulchre
Mount of Olives

I met him twice and I think that yes, he probably wouldn't be comfortable with that but if you are happy with having him as avatar he would anyway let you do. He has quite the attitude of Apostle Paul, risking everything so that others may come closer to Christ.PorphyriosK said:Ok, I get what you're saying.
I used his picture because I've listened to a lot of his talks about his life before his conversion along with how it came about and it's very similar to my own story and path in life. I consider him a role model, but like you said I'm sure as a monk he probably wouldn't be comfortable with that.
Or like once a Monk talked about St. Silouan: "Either he's in prelest or a saint".isxodnik said:
