No, this is icon of the new canonised martyrs (and they were from Podlasie) + the miraclous icon of the Theotokos from Zaleszany (this village with its femenine monastery is also in Podlasie).



There is icon for martyrs of Chełmszczyzna AND Podlasie (the ones canonised in 2003 if I'm not mistaken) and he is there (2nd monk from the right side)

76th anniversary of Warsaw Uprising against Nazi Germans. 200 000 Warsaw inhabitants died (including Orthodox, intelectualsts, priests, children), the Red Army despite being close to the Polish capital didn't help.
"P" here means "Polska walcząca" - "Poland fighting"
