Sardines are too salty - might as well eat Doritos.   :)
Sardines are an excellent source of Omega-3 fatty acids.
Which one can get in high quality capsules from Vitamin Shoppe.
Which I take as a supplement, but I still like fish meat better.  You can actually chew fish.  (Well, you can chew the capsules, too, but I wouldn't advise it.)

Of course, if you really like salty, try eating anchovies right out of the can.  One pound of salt for every ounce of fish.  Blech! :p  No amount of beer can wash away the salt taste of that.

The MSG in Doritos gets to me these days.  It never bothered me before although I wasn't paying much attention back then.

Never liked sardines.  I'd rather have my farm raised Tilapia from Sam's Club.  ;D

Yeah, I will admit that sardines by themselves or in mere olive oil are rather bland.  You really need to have them canned in mustard or hot sauce for them to taste good.

I'm just in the mood. Glenn Miller, or John Lee Hooker. Take your pick.
