We've had snow every day since Dec. 31st.   It's usually only been about 2-3 inches a day, but after a week and a half, that adds up. Well, they're not calling for any more snow on Sunday, so maybe there's hope for the future...
It snowed once here. We got 1 inch.  It didn't stick.

We have had a grand-total of 7 days of below 30 degree temperatures...all winter.

I wake up every morning with head-aches because the sun is STILL shining.

I'm in the seventh ring of hell.

Ahhh... to be without snow :)

And now for something completely different... the parental stuff on Comcast's On Demand thing is messed up. I can choose to watch movies with tons of gore, nudity, etc., without ever entering a code. Yet if I try to watch a TV-14 television show, I first have to enter in a 4 digit code to verify I'm an adult.  ::)

That's irritating. Surely you can disable that code. I'd call Comcast or your TV manufacturer (depending on which is requiring the code).

Well, I suppose I could take the code thing off. It's not a big issue, just push the number zero four times (I just left the default code in place). I just think it's strange, that I can watch something like Toxic Avenger in the free movies section, which has a lot of violence and a number of scenes with female nudity in it, without entering a code, but then if I want to watch something harmless like Chef Academy, they want a code. *shrugs*  :)

Well, I made it to Archon alive.  Hopefully it was a meaningful journey.
Meaningful? Hmm... *strokes beard thoughtfully* You may be the first!

It is right for me to feel this way about all of you, since I have you in my heart; for whether I am in chains or defending and confirming the gospel, all of you share in God's grace with me. God can testify how I long for  all of you with the affection of Christ Jesus. (Philippians 1:7-8)

OC.net is more addicting than any MMORPG out there.

Today, 01/11/10, is the third of nine days this year whose dates can be represented entirely as binary numbers.

You mean that the standard notation can be represented entirely by ones and zeros. Today's date in binary is actually 10110011001111010011.

It is now 10110011001111010100 (I think it would so much more fun to write our dates in binaries).
