How do best get past this without sleeping in and while not feeling well after work? Two of us are like that-the other has slightly later mornings, and another Was intured en route betweeen her chemo cycles.

lots to do to catch up at the office, and still taking cough medicine. Other family who was sick 
wasn’t sure if he was feeling worse last night. Hoping we stay on the mend-he has some added stress now too with he longer term medical treatment not ending just yet.
