Hello!

Is Славіте, the response to "Christ is Born," in the first person plural subjunctive ("Let us glorify") or the third person singular or plural imperative ("(You / You all) Glorify!"), or something else entirely?

Many thanks!

I'm sure there are Conjugation tables for the word if you look a bit. I've found them for obscure languages before, even though I've never used them in studying. lol

"Славіте", is instructing others to "glorify".

We usually say, "Христос родився"!  "Christ is born".

"Славимо Його"! "We" glorify Him...instead of "Славіте Його"..."you" should glorify Him.

Does that make sense?
