The Orthodox Way of Prayer is a study programme being used in the mission of the British Orthodox Church. It has successfully been used to describe and introduce our Orthodox spiritual tradition to Orthodox, Orthodox enquirers and ecumenical participants. Three further presentations of this practical study day have been organised for July, September and October, with others in the planning stage.
To support this programme and to further the spiritual education of both converts to Orthodoxy and long-standing members, Father Peter Farrington is preparing a spiritual book called The Orthodox Way of Prayer, which will function as a comprehensive practical introduction to our Orthodox spiritual life.
Advanced orders are encouraged for this volume, to support the continuing research and preparation prior to the publication on December 1st, 2104. Those who take out advance orders will receive a special personalised copy of the paperback or hardback edition. This personalisation will consist of a printed personal dedication and the author's signature.
Advance orders will greatly assist in the production of this useful and interesting book. The personal dedication can be for any name(s) and it is therefore an ideal gift for friends, family, and clergy etc.
Further details and links for ordering are available on Father Peter's blog at ...
