What is wrong with this site?

I've ordered from this site in the past:

https://www.annaveils.com/

Recently, however, when I try to order something, I get a weird window when I try to check out, and it won't allow me to get any further.  I don't know what it is.

I've e-mailed them a couple of times, without a response.

Can anyone tell me what is wrong?  Am I doing something wrong?

Does it "bounce" you back to your check out screen?

The veils are beautiful, by the way!

You can't even get to a check out screen.  You can't get any further than the cart. Any idea what this can be?

They are gorgeous.  You can get nice lace mantillas from Veils by Lily, or Sacramentals.org, but Anna Veils has very unique embroidered veils.  The one with the cross is a favorite among the ladies in my church.  That's why I'm not happy at the idea that they may be out of business. I really hope that's not what has happened.  But like I said, I've e-mailed them twice and received no response.  :(

Oh come on, you guys.

This site is full of techie genius geeks, and not one of you can help me?

Click on an item and add it to your cart.  Then go to the cart and see if you can check out.  You don't have to actually buy a veil for your grandma.  Just pretend you are going to, in order to see if you can get that far.  If you run into the same problem that I do, give me your thoughts.

Please and thanks.  :)

I tried it out. When I went to the cart there was a paypal button for ordering the Mantilla I picked out.

Click on the paypal button.  That's when everything goes weird.

You are right. There is no link to paypal in the source page such that it is clearly impossible to order anything from them. It does not matter who is trying to order.

Thanks for trying it out for me.  So this tells me that it is not just me having this issue.  :)

What does this mean?  Is the business closed?

Try ordering via the Amazon storefront

https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=sr_nr_p_4_0?me=A23MOPJ7TTMZUL&fst=as%3Aoff&rh=p_4%3AAnna+veils&ie=UTF8&qid=1440639710

I recently ordered from the Amazon storefront, and it worked, which I hope may be an indication that the business is not closed.

However, there is something I want that is not on Amazon, but which should be available on the Anna Veils website.

It's so frustrating that I can't use the website.

Any ideas as to what I should do?

Sorry to hear that. I looked at the site. Didn't click on anything, but it's still up.

Just a hint for the future: put the name of the site in question in the subject line. Every time I see this 'What is wrong with this site?' thread I click imagining I'm going to find a discussion about orthodoxchristianity.net.
